Yes. We use eco-certified, low-toxicity products as standard, and we can switch to fragrance-free alternatives on request. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities when you book and we will note it on the job.
Choose your services on the booking page, pick a date and time, and enter your address. You will see the price before you confirm, and no card is needed to reserve a slot.
No. Many customers leave a key or arrange access with their building. If you would rather be there for the first visit to walk us through, that is completely fine.
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours we may charge a small fee to cover the cleaner's reserved time.
Always. Our teams arrive with eco-certified products, colour-coded microfibre cloths and a HEPA-filter vacuum. You do not need to provide anything.
