The terms that apply when you book a clean with us.
This page is a starting point and should be reviewed by the business owner before launch.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you receive a reference number. Prices quoted online are based on the information you provide about your space.
Cancellation
Free rescheduling or cancellation up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours a fee may apply to cover the cleaner's reserved time.
Access
You are responsible for ensuring our team can access the property at the agreed time.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance. Report any damage within 48 hours of the visit so we can put it right.
